CBC Asks: The asylum seekers: Should we end the journey?

Over the next year, the provincial government expects to spend double the amount of money on services for refugees and asylum seekers following the influx of border crossings from the United States.

Join the CBC Asks town hall to talk about the dollars and sense of accepting asylum seekers into the province. Moderating our way into the discussion are CBC Radio One hosts, Marcy Markusa, Ismaila Alfa and Nadia Kidwai. You’ll also hear from a diverse panel and have many opportunities to ask questions and/or share your own views.

Tickets are FREE and coffee, tea and water will be served.
Doors open at 6:00 p.m.

Takes place in the Carlton Concourse, 3rd floor, south building of the RBC Convention Centre.
