Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) 2.0
EDI 2.0 provides a forum where difficult conversations can be held in a safe space so that we can learn by listening to others’ perspectives and build our understanding. The focus of this workshop is inclusion and participants will have the opportunity to explore relationship building and ways to create an inclusive culture. We want to realize an inclusive campus and that means finding ways to disrupt the status quo and identify the steps that we can take to create and support change. This session includes information sharing and small and large group conversation around ways to remove barriers to create a culture that embraces differences and offers respect in words and actions for all people.
