The Manitoba Association for Rights and Liberties is pleased to announce the seventh annual MARL Human Rights Film Festival.

Developed in 2010 to increase public understanding of social inequality and discrimination, the MARL Human Rights Film Festival is an inclusive festival celebrating the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.

The MARL Human Rights Film Festival showcases films that address human rights through a variety of formats including drama, art house, animation, and documentary.

We have some amazing films selected for this year. This year’s festival will also feature a panel discussion on women’s rights moderated by Shannon Sampert.
