Dr. Yury Sumarokov

Dr. Yury Sumarokov is head of the department of international cooperation at Northern State Medical University in Arkhangelsk, Russia. He received his PhD from the Arctic University of Norway in 2016 and worked as chief physician at the largest mental health clinic in northern Russia. From 2001-2003, he organized the Medical Information and Analytics Center in Arkhangelsk. He was also a director of Arkhangelsk International School of Public Health.
