Amar Khoday

Dr. Amar Khoday is a professor of law. His research explores a wide range of issues. One principal area of his research is the intersection(s) between law and resistance and the ways that legal systems legitimize acts of resistance. Another significant area of concern relates to constitutional and legal issues pertaining to interrogations. In addition, his writing engages with matters of race and the criminal justice system.
